Young people are the backbone of Kenya’s future — yet many lack access to leadership pathways, mentorship, and economic opportunity. This program equips youth with the skills, mindset, and platforms needed to actively shape their communities and institutions.

Women & Inclusive Governance

Inclusive development is impossible without women’s full participation in economic and governance spaces. This program supports women to build economic independence, leadership confidence, and decision-making influence at community and institutional levels.

Women in refugee and host communities are driving change every day—supporting families, building businesses, and shaping their communities.
We work alongside women to strengthen their economic independence, leadership, and participation in decision-making spaces.
We work with women and girls to strengthen skills, access opportunities, and remove barriers to participation. At the same time, we engage communities and institutions to promote inclusive governance, equitable policies, and supportive environments where women’s leadership can thrive.

Peace, Security & Civic Engagement

Sustainable development depends on peaceful, engaged, and cohesive communities. This program strengthens community dialogue, trust, and civic participation to prevent conflict, address exclusion, and promote social stability.

We provide practical training and digital access to help individuals build confidence and prepare for evolving opportunities. This program expands learning opportunities and builds future-ready skills that improve livelihoods and social participation.
